Unicorns and Co. will only accept returns of products purchased through www.unicornsandco.com.
If your purchase is found to be faulty or damaged, Unicorns and Co. will either replace the goods purchased or provide a full refund. We require that we be notified within 7 days of receiving the products along with photo evidence for our records.
If you simply change your mind and decide you no longer wish to use the product/s you have purchased, your purchase can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange provided the following conditions are met:
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. Please note original shipping charges, as well as any Customs and Import fees, are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 5 business days from when the return item is received by Unicorns and Co. for the refund to be processed. Once we have processed the refund you will be notified accordingly via the email address listed on your Unicorns and Co. account when the order was placed.
Please note that once we process the refund it may take a further 2-5 business days to reach your account depending on your financial institution's processing times.
